This notice applies to the NULEO pre-launch website and early-access form. It is intentionally limited to the information collected through this landing page.

Information we collect

If you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you provide and your consent to receive NULEO launch communications. The hosting platform may also maintain standard technical and security logs required to operate the website.

How we use it

We use your email only for NULEO pre-launch, launch and early-access communications. We do not use this landing-page submission as genetic, medical or health information.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers needed to host the site, receive form submissions and deliver communications. NULEO does not sell the email addresses collected through this early-access form.

Retention and choices

You can unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications. Data retention and deletion procedures will be formalised before the full consumer genetics service launches.

This is a pre-launch notice, not the final privacy framework for genetic information. A separate consent, privacy, security, retention and deletion programme is required before NULEO collects or processes genetic data.

Future product

This landing page does not collect DNA, genetic test results, medical records or biometric information. Any future NULEO genetics service will require a separate, product-specific privacy and consent process before launch.
